How to Delete Your Data

Complete instructions for removing all your data from BrandVoice-AI and disconnecting the app from your Facebook account.

Delete Your BrandVoice-AI Account

To permanently delete your BrandVoice-AI account and all associated data from our servers:

  1. Log in to your BrandVoice-AI dashboard
  2. Navigate to Account Settings in the sidebar
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Click the "Delete BrandVoice-AI Account" button
  5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears

What gets deleted: This action permanently removes all your data from our servers, including:

  • All connected Facebook/Instagram pages and their moderation settings
  • Comment history and moderation logs
  • Brand voice settings and uploaded documents
  • All moderation rules and automation configurations
  • Your BrandVoice-AI account profile and preferences

Remove BrandVoice-AI from Your Facebook Account

To completely disconnect BrandVoice-AI from your Facebook account and remove all app permissions:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to Business Tools section
  3. Find BrandVoice-AI in the list of active apps
  4. Click "Remove" or "Edit" to manage permissions
  5. Confirm the removal

Important: This step removes the app connection from your Facebook account. After removing the app, BrandVoice-AI will no longer have access to your Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts.

Note: If you've already deleted your BrandVoice-AI account (Step 1), the app may no longer appear in this list. However, it's still recommended to check and remove it if present.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is irreversible. Once you delete your BrandVoice-AI account, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
  • Your Facebook/Instagram accounts are not affected. Deleting your BrandVoice-AI account does not delete or modify your actual Facebook, Instagram, or Meta accounts, pages, posts, content, or followers.
  • Complete removal requires both steps. For complete data removal, you should both delete your BrandVoice-AI account (Step 1) and remove the app from Facebook (Step 2).
  • Data processing stops immediately. Once you delete your account, we immediately stop processing any new comments or data from your connected pages.
