- Manual Review Dashboard: User interface for approving, rejecting, or modifying AI recommendations
- Brand Profile Management: Customizable brand voice settings and knowledge base uploads
- Custom Moderation Rules: User-defined rules for comment classification and handling
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Connect valid Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts that you own or manage
- Provide necessary permissions for our Service to access your social media content
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms and services:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): For accessing pages, posts, and comments. Subject to Meta's Platform Policy and Terms of Service
- Third-party AI services: For AI-powered comment analysis and response generation
- Authentication services: For user authentication and account management
Your use of these integrations is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to moderate content you don't own or lack permission to manage
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
- Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform policies
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security
- Use the Service for competitive intelligence or to build competing products
6. AI and Automated Decisions
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and classify social media content. You understand that:
- AI recommendations are suggestions only and require your review and approval
- AI-generated responses reflect your provided brand guidelines but may require editing
- You maintain full responsibility for all content moderation decisions and responses
- AI accuracy may vary, and you should review all automated actions
- You can override, modify, or reject any AI recommendation through our dashboard
Important: You are solely responsible for all content moderation actions taken on your social media accounts, whether automated or manual.
7. Content and Data
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide, including brand profiles, knowledge documents, and moderation rules. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide our Service.
Social Media Content: Comments and posts accessed through connected accounts are processed temporarily for moderation purposes. We do not claim ownership of this content.
AI-Generated Content: Responses generated by our AI become your content once approved. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated responses before publication.
Data Processing: We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service
- Update features, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice
- Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability
- Implement rate limits or usage restrictions to ensure fair access
We will provide advance notice of significant changes when reasonably possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRANDVOICE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damage to brand reputation from AI-generated content
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Actions taken by third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandVoice AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) content you post or moderate using our Service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- By You: Delete your account through the dashboard or contact support
- By Us: For violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause with notice
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except as required by law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
